30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For change-of-mind returns, the mask must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
How to request a return
Contact us at michel@plyxo.io with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items to an address on the parcel without contacting us first.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve damage or an incorrect item quickly. We will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement and cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.
Change-of-mind return costs
You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. We recommend a tracked service. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once a return is received and checked, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional processing time.
This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
